We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Cecilie Bahnsen packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Dispatch

  Print the provided return shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
